1. Who Is Running This Offer

The Lumhe Party Offer (the "Offer") is a limited-period promotional campaign run by LUMHE TECHNOLOGY LLP ("Lumhe", "we", "us", or "our") to introduce new hosts to the Lumhe app in India.

These Party Offer Terms and Conditions (the "Offer Terms") are the complete and only terms of the Offer. They apply in addition to Lumhe's Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. Where these Offer Terms conflict with the general Terms and Conditions of Use on a matter specific to the Offer, these Offer Terms prevail on that matter only.

By participating in the Offer — that is, by creating an event on Lumhe and submitting a claim under Section 6 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Offer Terms.

No representation about the Offer made anywhere else — in an advertisement, a reel, a social post, a message from a creator, or verbally by any person — forms part of the Offer unless it also appears on this page.

2. Offer Period and Limited Availability

2.1 Offer Period. The Offer is open from 30 August 2026 to 30 November 2026 (both dates inclusive, Indian Standard Time) (the "Offer Period"), unless it closes earlier under Section 2.2 or is withdrawn under Section 14.

2.2 Cap on rewards. The Offer is limited to the first 50 eligible celebrations. Once 50 rewards have been approved, the Offer is closed and no further rewards will be issued, even if the Offer Period has not ended and even if your celebration meets every qualifying criterion.

2.3 How the 50 places are allocated. Places are allocated in the order in which valid claims are received at [email protected] — not in the order in which events were created, not in the order in which events reached the thresholds, and not by the size or quality of the celebration. A claim that is incomplete, or that fails verification under Section 7, does not hold a place while it is being corrected.

2.4 Eligible event dates. Your event must be created on Lumhe during the Offer Period, and must reach both thresholds in Section 5 during the Offer Period. Events created before 30 August 2026 do not qualify.

3. Who Can Participate

To participate in the Offer, you must, at the time you create the event and at the time you claim:

  • Be a natural person resident in India, holding a valid Indian mobile number and — where you choose the UPI payout — an Indian bank account linked to a UPI ID in your own name;
  • Be at least 18 years of age. The Lumhe platform admits users from the age of 13, but this Offer involves a monetary or monetary-equivalent reward and is therefore restricted to adults. Minors may host events on Lumhe; they cannot claim under this Offer, and a parent or guardian cannot claim on their behalf;
  • Hold a registered Lumhe account in your own name, in good standing, that has not been suspended, restricted, or terminated for a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use;
  • Be the host who created the qualifying event on Lumhe. Guests, co-hosts who did not create the event, and third parties cannot claim.

3.1 One reward per person, per household, per event. Each participant may receive a maximum of one reward under the Offer, regardless of how many events they host, how many accounts they hold, or how many claims they submit. A reward is issued once per qualifying event, and once per person.

3.2 Who cannot participate. Employees, directors, partners, designated partners, contractors, interns, and agency personnel of LUMHE TECHNOLOGY LLP, together with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible for the Offer.

3.3 Outside India. The Offer is available only to residents of India and is void wherever it would be restricted or prohibited by law. Lumhe is a global platform; participation in this particular Offer is not.

4. The Reward

4.1 What you receive. Each approved participant receives, at their election:

  • a Zomato voucher with a face value of ₹200, delivered as a code or link to the email address registered on the Lumhe account; or
  • ₹200 in cash, transferred by UPI to a UPI ID in the participant's own name.

4.2 One or the other. The reward is ₹200 in total value in one of the two forms above. It is not both, and it is not divisible. State your preference when you claim; if you do not, Lumhe will issue the Zomato voucher.

4.3 Substitution. If the Zomato voucher is unavailable, discontinued, or cannot be issued for any reason outside Lumhe's reasonable control, Lumhe may substitute a voucher of an equivalent face value from another brand, or issue the ₹200 by UPI instead. Lumhe will not reduce the face value when it substitutes.

4.4 What the reward is not. The reward is personal to the approved participant. It is not transferable, not exchangeable, not returnable, and cannot be resold, auctioned, or assigned. A voucher cannot be encashed, converted to cash, or credited against any Lumhe fee or purchase.

4.5 No cost to participate. Creating a Lumhe account, hosting an event, inviting guests, and uploading photos are free. There is no entry fee, no purchase requirement, and no payment of any kind required to participate in the Offer or to receive the reward. You bear your own costs of internet access and device use.

5. Qualifying Criteria

A celebration qualifies only when both of the following are true of the same single event on your Lumhe account. Totals from two or more events are never added together.

5.1 At least 100 guests joined. "Joined" means 100 or more distinct, genuine individuals, each with their own Lumhe account and their own verified mobile number or email address, who accepted your invitation and joined that event. The following do not count towards the 100: the host; invitations sent but not accepted; duplicate accounts belonging to the same person; accounts created solely to inflate the count; accounts that are subsequently removed, blocked, or found to be inauthentic.

5.2 At least 20 photos uploaded. 20 or more distinct photographs must be uploaded to that same event. Photos must be genuine images of, or relating to, that celebration. The following do not count: duplicate or near-duplicate uploads of the same image; screenshots; stock images; images downloaded from the internet; blank, corrupt, or placeholder files; and any content that breaches the Terms and Conditions of Use or Lumhe's content policies. Photos uploaded by your guests count towards the total, provided they are genuine.

5.3 Both thresholds, one event, inside the Offer Period. Both thresholds must be met on the same event, and both must be met on or before 30 November 2026.

5.4 The counts are measured at review. Lumhe measures the guest count and the photo count as they stand when it reviews your claim, and again immediately before it issues the reward. If either count has fallen below the threshold in the meantime — for example because guests left, accounts were removed as inauthentic, or photos were deleted — the celebration no longer qualifies.

6. How to Claim

6.1 The reward is not automatic. Meeting the criteria in Section 5 does not by itself entitle you to anything. You must claim it.

6.2 Send one email. Write to [email protected] from the email address registered on your Lumhe account, and include all of the following:

  • the email address registered on your Lumhe account;
  • the name of the event exactly as it appears in the app;
  • the date on which you created the event;
  • whether you want the Zomato voucher or the ₹200 by UPI (and, if UPI, the UPI ID in your own name);
  • a confirmation that you are resident in India and aged 18 or above.

Please use the subject line "Party Offer Claim" so that your claim is routed correctly.

6.3 Claim window. Your claim must reach us within 14 days of your event meeting both thresholds, and in any case no later than 14 days after 30 November 2026. Claims received after that are not considered.

6.4 Incomplete claims. A claim missing any of the details in Section 6.2, or sent from an email address that does not match a Lumhe account, cannot be verified. We will ordinarily write back once to ask for what is missing; we are not obliged to chase a claim, and an unanswered request will close it.

6.5 Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the UPI ID and email address you give us. Lumhe is not liable for a reward delivered to an address or UPI ID that you supplied incorrectly, and will not reissue it.

7. Verification and Final Review

7.1 Every claim is reviewed. No reward is issued until Lumhe has completed a final review of the claim. The review checks that the account is genuine and in good standing, that the guests are distinct real people, that the photos are genuine and event-related, that the event was created inside the Offer Period, and that no term of these Offer Terms has been breached.

7.2 We may ask for more. Lumhe may ask you for reasonable additional information to complete a review, including confirmation of your identity, age, and Indian residence. If you do not provide it within a reasonable time, the claim will be rejected.

7.3 Timeline. Lumhe aims to complete the review and issue an approved reward within 30 days of receiving a complete claim. This is a target, not a guarantee. Delay in issuing a reward is not a waiver of any term, and does not create an entitlement.

7.4 Outcome. We will tell you the outcome by email. An approval email is the only confirmation that a reward has been granted; nothing said before the review — including any acknowledgement that we received your claim — is an approval.

8. Fair Use, Fake Accounts, and Disqualification

The Offer rewards real celebrations with real guests. Manufacturing numbers to reach the thresholds is a breach of these Offer Terms and of Lumhe's Terms and Conditions of Use.

8.1 Prohibited conduct. The following will disqualify a claim:

  • Creating, operating, or controlling more than one Lumhe account for yourself, whether to claim more than once or to inflate a guest count;
  • Creating or using fake, automated, bot, duplicate, or purchased accounts, or accounts registered to numbers or addresses you control on behalf of people who do not exist or who did not consent;
  • Paying, incentivising, or otherwise arranging for people to join an event they have no genuine connection to, purely to reach the guest threshold;
  • Uploading photographs that are not genuine photographs of, or relating to, the celebration — including stock images, downloaded images, screenshots, duplicates, and filler uploads;
  • Submitting a claim for an event you did not create, or on behalf of another person;
  • Giving false information in a claim, including about your age, residence, identity, or the event;
  • Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the counting of guests or photos, or the operation of the Offer.

8.2 Consequences. Where Lumhe reasonably determines that any of the above has occurred, it may, at its discretion and without prior notice: reject the claim; withdraw a reward already approved; recover a reward already issued; suspend or permanently terminate all Lumhe accounts held or controlled by the person concerned; remove the event and its content; and bar the person from present and future Lumhe promotions.

8.3 Consequences reach every linked account. Where multiple accounts are found to belong to or be controlled by one person, action under Section 8.2 may be taken against all of them, including any account that would otherwise have qualified.

8.4 Good faith. If your celebration genuinely attracted 100 real guests and 20 real photos, nothing in this section is aimed at you. It exists so that the 50 places go to real celebrations.

9. Lumhe's Decision Is Final

9.1 All decisions relating to the Offer — eligibility, whether a guest count or photo count is genuine, whether a claim qualifies, the order in which claims were received, whether the 50 places are exhausted, whether to substitute a reward, and whether to disqualify a participant — rest with Lumhe, are made at Lumhe's sole discretion, and are final and binding on all participants.

9.2 Lumhe does not enter into correspondence about a decision beyond communicating it and its broad reason. This does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement, and it does not displace the grievance route in Section 16.

10. Not a Lottery, Contest, or Game of Chance

10.1 The Offer is a sales-promotion scheme. It is not a lottery, prize competition, wager, betting or gambling activity, or game of chance of any description, and nothing in it is intended to constitute one for the purposes of the Prize Competitions Act, 1955, the Public Gambling Act, 1867, the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, or any State legislation on lotteries, gaming, or prize schemes.

10.2 There is no element of chance: rewards are issued against objective, published criteria that a participant either meets or does not. There is no consideration: no purchase, entry fee, subscription, stake, or payment of any kind is required to participate or to receive a reward.

10.3 These Offer Terms are published so that every material condition of the Offer is disclosed up front, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Central Consumer Protection Authority's Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022. The advertisement carries an asterisk and this page's address for exactly that reason.

10.4 The Offer is void in any State or territory of India where it would be restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

11. Taxes

11.1 Any tax, levy, cess, or statutory charge arising on the receipt of a reward is the sole responsibility of the participant, who must account for it in their own tax filings.

11.2 Lumhe will deduct tax at source wherever the Income-tax Act, 1961 requires it, and may require a participant to furnish a PAN, a declaration, or other documents before issuing a reward. If a participant does not furnish what is required, Lumhe may withhold the reward.

11.3 The reward's stated value is its face value. Lumhe gives no tax advice; a participant unsure of their position should take their own.

12. Voucher Terms and Third-Party Brands

12.1 The voucher issuer's terms apply. A Zomato voucher is issued by, and redeemable only in accordance with the terms of, its issuer. Validity period, minimum order value, participating outlets, eligible categories, and every other redemption condition are set by the issuer and not by Lumhe. Read them before you redeem.

12.2 No endorsement or association. The Offer is run solely by Lumhe. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Zomato or any other third-party brand named on this page. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the voucher.

12.3 Expiry and unredeemed vouchers. Lumhe is not responsible for a voucher that expires unredeemed, that is lost after delivery to the email address you gave, or that the issuer declines to honour. Lumhe will not reissue or compensate for it.

12.4 UPI transfers. A UPI transfer is complete when Lumhe's payment instruction succeeds against the UPI ID you supplied. Lumhe is not responsible for a transfer that fails or misdirects because of an incorrect UPI ID, a closed or frozen account, a bank or NPCI outage, or any limit imposed by your bank.

13. Your Personal Data

13.1 To administer the Offer, Lumhe processes the personal data in your claim — your name, email address, event details, age and residence confirmation, and, where you choose the cash payout, your UPI ID — together with the account and event data already held under the Privacy Policy.

13.2 That data is processed for the sole purposes of verifying eligibility, preventing fraud and duplicate claims, issuing the reward, and meeting Lumhe's tax, accounting, and legal obligations. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.

13.3 Lumhe shares this data only with the voucher issuer or the payment partner to the extent needed to deliver your reward, and with its auditors or any authority entitled to it by law.

13.4 Lumhe retains claim records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law, and then deletes or anonymises them. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Privacy Policy, under which you may exercise your rights of access, correction, and erasure. Withdrawing consent to the processing of your claim data before the reward is issued means the claim cannot be processed.

14. Changes, Suspension, and Withdrawal of the Offer

14.1 Lumhe may amend these Offer Terms, or vary, suspend, extend, shorten, or withdraw the Offer, at any time and without prior notice, where it is reasonable to do so — including on grounds of fraud or abuse, a change in law, a technical failure, unavailability of the voucher, or any circumstance beyond Lumhe's reasonable control.

14.2 Changes take effect when published on this page. The Effective Date and Last Updated line at the top of this page records the current version, and the version published here is the operative one.

14.3 Withdrawal or amendment does not affect a reward that Lumhe has already approved in writing under Section 7.4, except where the approval was obtained in breach of Section 8.

14.4 Participation in the Offer does not create any right, expectation, or entitlement to it continuing, or to any future promotion.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Lumhe's total liability in connection with the Offer, to any one participant, is limited to the face value of one reward — ₹200.

15.2 Lumhe is not liable for a claim email that does not reach us, a technical fault that affects an event's guest or photo count, any act or omission of the voucher issuer or a payment partner, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Offer.

15.3 Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15.4 Section 16 (Limitation of Liability) and Section 17 (Indemnification) of the Terms and Conditions of Use continue to apply to your use of the Lumhe platform generally.

16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Grievances

16.1 These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India.

16.2 Subject to Section 19.3 (Arbitration) of the Terms and Conditions of Use, which applies to disputes under these Offer Terms as it does to disputes under those Terms, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

16.3 Grievances. If you are dissatisfied with how your claim was handled, write to Lumhe's Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We respond within one working week (7 days) of receipt.
